5/15/24: 💡 Innovation Summer and EMDC 🇹🇭
Last month, our Co-Founder Simon Seow visited us in the US to share about the global vision of Indigitous. Here’s a word from him to our newsletter subscribers:
🚀 Summer 2024 Innovation Internship - Call for Mentors
This summer, we have 15 young adults in our Innovation Internship! Half are majors in CS and the other half are creatives. They will be divided into cohorts, each tackling a project in partnership with a missions organization. They will apply their technical and creative skills and discover their place in God’s mission.

5-10 years experience in tech, marketplace, missions
2-4 hours a week: technical and spiritual mentorship
We are in the final rounds of project selection for the summer. Pray with us as we discern which projects will be most impactful for the ministries and our young adults.
✈️ Eurasia Media Distribution Consultation
Starting May 26, we will be speaking at EMDC (Eurasia Media Distribution Consultation) in Thailand:
- Training Track 1: Ministry Innovation Intensive
- Training Track 2: Social Media
- Workshop 1: Mobilizing the Next Gen through Digital Cohorts
- Workshop 2: Hack in a Box Design Sprint for Missions
- Exhibiting
- In-person fellowship with our Indigitous global team!
Our goal is to network and share our vision for the next generation with missionaries implementing media and digital strategies.
👀 Looking back at April
🎮 Evangelical Missiological Society – Presenting on Gamers On April 12, we presented at EMS South Central Regional Conference on how gaming is a new frontier for missiology. This was a great opportunity to connect with academics and share from our expertise and practice. After our presentation, we were selected to write a paper and present at the National Conference this fall. Pray as we finalize our paper and submit it by 5/31.
🎸 Worship Music Reviews on IG
Have you ever stopped to think about the lyrics in worship music? Kyle and Tyler came together to review worship songs between milk and meat (1 Corinthians 3:1-2) and compare it to The Berean Test.
Christ is my firm foundation, but that rhyme is 🙅♀️.
